Buescher flopping on oil, gas proposals

I feel compelled to make the voting public aware of Bernie Buescher’s flip-flop on his position regarding the proposed regulations in House Bills 1298 and 1341. Last week he made an appearance at the COGCC hearings supporting the 2,000 individuals who are concerned about their livelihood being disrupted by unfounded allegations regarding the impact of the natural gas industry on the environment.

This week Mr. Buescher is supporting the “clarifications” that the governor’s commission is proposing. I would urge every individual that wants to keep private property rights in the hands of the property owner to write or call Mr. Buescher and tell him that these bills are unconstitutional, and I would urge you to support reliable leaders like Josh Penry who actually fight for our rights.
