When David McSwane, the editor-in-chief of CSU's Rocky Mountain Collegian student newspaper, was making national headlines with an editorial titled "Taser This: F*** Bush," another group of students were busy organizing the competition. While only a year old, the paper has made a mark with a mix of local and national stories - when its student backers can keep it on the racks.
