Gov. Bill Ritter, a Democrat, has solicited applications for the position of Secretary of State on occasion of the vacancy created by current officeholder and U.S. Rep.-elect Mike Coffman, a Republican. It all seems like a reality TV show, at least in the mind of FTS cartoonist Milton.
